We offer a mail order service to most UK addresses. Please note we cannot mail order exhaust silencers or oils/fluids due to restrictions imposed by our carriers.

By phone: Call us on 01707 272686 with your order and card details and we'll process your order immediately. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

By mail: Send your order to: Murray's DIRECT, 9 Harpsfield Broadway, Comet Way, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, AL10 9TF and we’ll process the order when we receive your card details.

Please note: We no longer accept payment by cheque.

We use Royal Mail 1st class Recorded Delivery for small packets, the Fastway courier network for larger parcels and charge the cost of sending plus a small consideration for packaging materials. Most parcels are delivered next working day but there is always the possibility of delays.

If you require guaranteed delivery this is available at extra cost.

We also offer Royal Mail 2nd Class, Parcel Post and Parcel Force as cheaper alternatives but these do have longer delivery times.
